250 ml Schlagobers 36%
250 ml Kefir
4 EL Haferflocken
4 EL Zucker
2 Stk Birnen
1 Prise Zimt

Zubereitung

Haferflocken in eine Pfanne geben und gemeinsam mit 2 EL Zucker ohne Fett karamelisieren. Den Kefir mit dem Schlagobers, dem restlichen Zucker und Zimt gründlich vermischen. Die Birnen schälen, halbieren und auf der groben Seite einer Rohkostreibe raspeln. Das Geraspelte unter den Kefir mischen, auf vier Gläser verteilen und die karamelisierten Haferflocken jeweils in die Mitte geben.
